  Our waitress Ash was amazing. Happy friendly and very helpful. Service from her was prompt. I ordered the lemon pepper calamari. ..was average. My partner ordered the eggs bacon tomato and toast. ..i could have cooked it better.

  Most disappointing visit to what normally is a great cafe chain. The staff at the site were lack lust & seemed disinterested in the job. We had to ask for pretty much everything from water to cutlery, to sauces. The steak sandwich came with soft cold bread & the piece of steak had no seared mark from the grill & more like it was warmed in the micro wave. If your going to charge cafe prices for the meals, they need to at least look & taste like a quality meal.
  The only positive was the quality of the coffee.
  
  A very different & disappointing visit compared to our numerous other visits to Coffee Clubs in other suburbs.

  Service is good but for the price, it doesn't show on the plate. If you just want an average coffee for an average price, it's OK, but I think what you're really paying for here is their rent. (The location is great with a good view of what's going on around the whole town centre!)
  
  Good place to meet friends over a coffee for a chat and to people watch, but expensive for what you get.

  Aight went in today to order and after everyone ordered i ordered what i needed and received a phone call and which legit lasted for 15 seconds with no customers waiting behind me, one of the staffs whos i can clearly see is rushing and making coffees for the customers and runs up to me and says order first and then do whatever you like, ( i hope this doesnt happen but someone can get a call and getting told their house is on fire or his/her child got hit by XYZ thing ) no doubt its against your rules to have a customer talking on the phone and ordering but please be polite about it.
  
  Tbh with y'all the service guy and the girl who took my order were amazing and infact the coffee was good aswell. The only one thing i would like to say is respect people man dont panic or work when your stressing out. Work if you want to work not if you are pushed to work. And this all coming from a experienced restaurant worker.
